About the role

The Faculty of Pharmacy at King Salman International University (KSIU), Egypt is seeking to hire a full-time, faculty member at the rank of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor.

• Graduated from the faculty of pharmacy
• Hold a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Clinical Pharmacy)
• Excellent command of English language
• Excellent use of computers in teaching

The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Teaching (2-3 courses/semester)
• Student advising
• Research and creative activities
• Service and cooperative extension
• Administrative responsibilities

Teaching responsibilities include:

• Time spent in the classroom, laboratory, or telecommunications courses
• Maintaining and improving competence in subjects being taught
• Preparing teaching materials
• Conferencing with students on course materials
• Reviewing written examinations and papers
• Evaluating presentations and supervising independent study projects

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree “Bachelor of Pharmacy-PharmD (Clinical Pharmacy)”
• Positive working relationships with South Sinai organizations

• Candidates must hold A Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Demonstrate strong academic achievement and potential for advanced study and research
• Work and proceed with their career in any pharmacy specialty

Teaching Assistant (Master’s Degree Holder) Position – Clinical Pharmacy

• Candidates must be graduated from the faculty of pharmacy and hold a master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Clinical Pharmacy)
• At least 3-5 years of experience after Bachelor
• Experience with pharmacy practice and clinical pharmacy
