Academic Physician - MD/DO - Pediatric Anesthesiologist

About the role

The dynamic and growing Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital is seeking ABA-certified or eligible physicians with outstanding clinical abilities to join our expanding team. We specialize in fostering growth and development for our team members as we continue to build a department that everyone wants to be part of.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for pediatric patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in research and education initiatives related to pediatric anesthesiology
• Assist in the training and mentoring of fellows and residents

Requirements

• US board-eligible or certified in Anesthesiology
• Qualify for medical licensure in the State of Missouri

Qualifications

• Outstanding clinical abilities
• Passionate about pediatric anesthesiology
• Experience in adult congenital heart disease care is a plus

Skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage complex cases
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR

Pay

Schedule

Shifts may vary but typically include weekdays and weekends, with shared night/weekend call responsibilities.
