About the role

SLUCare Physician Group, an esteemed member of SSM Health, invites dynamic candidates to apply for a full-time faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level in the field of otolaryngology. We seek individuals with a passionate commitment to academic otolaryngology, enthusiastic participation in resident education, and a strong drive for clinical research, along with the ambition to develop a thriving academic otorhinolaryngology practice.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the academic mission of the department through teaching, mentoring, and scholarly activity
  • Participate in resident education and training programs
  • Engage in clinical research and publish findings
  • Develop and maintain a robust clinical practice in otolaryngology

Requirements

  • Hold board certification or eligibility from the American Board of Otolaryngology
  • Possess or be eligible for licensure to practice in Missouri

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree in otolaryngology or related field
  • At least 3 years of postgraduate experience in otolaryngology
  • Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
