About the role

The Epilepsy program at MO-SSM Health Ambulatory Care Center CSM is seeking a dedicated physician or advanced practitioner to join our team. This position will provide comprehensive care to patients with epilepsy and related disorders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with epilepsy and other neurological conditions
• Collaborate with neurologists and other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct routine patient evaluations and consultations
• Participate in research initiatives related to epilepsy
• Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
• Current Missouri medical license
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of epilepsy and related neurological disorders
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in English
