Academic Physician - MD/DO - Child Neurologist

Child Neurologist Seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Child Neurologist to join a division dedicated to inpatient and outpatient care for children with neurologic disorders. The role primarily involves general child neurology with opportunities to support subspecialties such as neurodevelopment, headache, and neuro-oncology. Key Responsibilities Include Providing inpatient care approximately every 6–7 weeks with rounds, fellow clinic staffing, and home call support.Managing outpatient clinics during non-service weeks: 8 half-day clinics weekly, including outreach clinics within 30 miles.Contributing to the educational mission by teaching medical students, residents, and fellows in pediatric neurology and adult neurology. Qualifications Strong clinical training and experience in child neurology.Interest in academic medicine and teaching. Work Involves On-service work: inpatient rounding, fellow clinics, and home call (one full week, including weekends).Off-service work: outpatient clinics, including outreach clinics (80–85%).
