About the Role
Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Allergist/Immunologist to join a multidisciplinary academic division focused on advancing Allergy & Immunology care, research, and education. The position involves outpatient clinical practice, supervision of fellows, residents, and medical students, and opportunities for clinical research and quality improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality outpatient care for adult and adolescent patients with allergic and immunologic conditions
- Diagnose and manage conditions such as asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergy, atopic dermatitis, drug allergy, anaphylaxis, and primary immunodeficiencies
- Perform allergy testing and guide advanced immunotherapy treatments
- Participate in teaching activities and contribute to scholarly efforts including research and educational innovation
- Collaborate with departments like Pulmonology, ENT, Dermatology, and Rheumatology
- Support program development and participate in shared call duties
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Allergy & Immunology
- Board certification or eligibility in Allergy & Immunology
- Eligibility for Missouri medical licensure
- Interest in academic practice, teaching, and research
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
