ACADEMIC INTERVENTION TEACHER (Family and Community Engagement - Foster Youth Services)

Valid California Multiple Subject or Single Subject Teacher Credential. Secondary and Math credential preferred.

Required Documents

• Credential Copy (Copy of all current valid credentials from CTC website — print information from each individual credential screen then scan and upload; do not use the email documents option as it does not contain all the needed information)
• English Learner Authorization (CLAD/BCLAD/EL/ELA/SDAIE or equivalent is required)
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two (2) Letters of Recommendation — letters must be signed and dated within the last 12 months)
• Resume
