Qualifications

• LL.M. (IPR Specialization) with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed).

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), which may include IP litigation, transactions, research, or experience as a teaching assistant.
• Strong research record in IP will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of international intellectual property law, including international IP treaties, will be considered an additional advantage.
