About the role
The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of gastrointestinal cancer with a focus on hepatocellular carcinoma.
Responsibilities
- Teaching responsibilities may include teaching hematology/oncology fellows, house staff and medical students.
- Clinical responsibilities may include care of patients with gastrointestinal cancer in an outpatient setting and as an attending on the inpatient service.
Requirements
- Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree.
- Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Medical Oncology.
