Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and service electrical systems
- SOURCE or FABRICATE replacement electrical components
- Knowledge of the NEC and Interpret blueprints and carry out work accordingly
- Guide and OVERSIGHT other electricians as necessary
- Obtain required equipment, tools, and materials for projects
- TEST and TRUBUSTLE electrical systems
- PROVIDE assistance during emergencies
- AID in the INSTALLATION of UPS systems
- UPDATE project records and PREPARE relevant documents and reports
Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum of 6 years in Commercial (Experience in the telecommunications industry a plus)
Pay
- Competitive pay depending on previous experience and current certifications
- OVERTIME is also a factor and is paid at 1.5 X base
- This is a PERFORMANCE-BASED company and pay will ultimately reflect the employee’s productivity and overall performance

About the Role
- National Power seeking for a dependable, detail-oriented Electrician Helper to join our team in our southeastern U.S. region
- Under the general direction of and reporting to the Electrical Field Manager, the Electrician will primarily be responsible for performing lead electrical work in the installation, alteration, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment for National Power customers
