AC Apprentice - Auburndale FL

Duties/Responsibilities

• Aid in the installation of various AC systems, both indoor and outdoor.
• Perform tasks assigned by the project foreman or leader promptly.
• Install and bend EMT, PVC, GRC, and other conduit and cable systems.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and ladders.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Show a positive attitude and willingness to learn the trade.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the assigned job site throughout the greater Orlando area.
• Be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Pass a full background check and drug test.

Education And Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous electrical experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Physically capable of working with heavy tools and equipment at heights.
• Able to lift 60 pounds at a time to carry heavy cable.
