About the role

Abu Dhabi National Paper Mill (ADNPM) is recruiting for technical, production, and operational positions in paper production and packaging. Opportunities are available for both entry-level applicants and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience, including freshers and early-career professionals.

Responsibilities

• QC Lab Technician: Conduct quality tests and inspections; support routine laboratory activities; check products against required quality standards; maintain laboratory records and reports; record test results accurately; support quality control procedures; identify quality-related issues and report them to supervisors; follow workplace safety and operational procedures.
• Wrapping Operator: Operate wrapping and packaging machines; monitor packaging operations; check the quality of finished packaging; ensure products are wrapped according to required standards; support smooth production flow; monitor equipment during production; report operational problems to supervisors; follow workplace health and safety procedures; keep the work area clean and organized.
• Helpers: Support daily production activities; assist machine operators and supervisors; handle materials and packaging items; help maintain production areas; assist with loading, movement, or arrangement of materials; support general operational tasks; follow instructions from supervisors; maintain workplace cleanliness and safety standards; assist other team members as required.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience, depending on the position.
