Your areas of application

We are constantly seeking people in the following areas who want to grow with us and make an impact:

• Field Sales: As a field sales representative (m/f/d), you advise our customers on site. You are the link between our company, wholesalers, and processors of our products. You build new customer relationships and maintain existing ones. You see yourself as a service and solution partner for trade and craftsmanship.
• Inside Sales, Shipping, Disposition: As an inside sales representative (m/f/d), you are the all-rounder for order processing: you receive orders, answer questions, and support our customers after purchase. You are the interface between customers, field sales, and production. In shipping and disposition, you ensure our products arrive on time. You commission and manage freight forwarders and are the point of contact for your colleagues in inside sales.
• Marketing: Together with your colleagues, you ensure our messages reach our target groups – via online and print media as well as events such as trade fairs and training sessions. You develop strategies together with sales and product management. Implementation is done in-house or with external partners such as web designers, programmers, SEO experts, copywriters, press specialists, or trade fair constructors.
• Application Technology: Our customers and sales staff face project-specific building physics and structural questions when applying our products, which you answer competently with your colleagues. You also share your knowledge in our training sessions. In addition, you observe the market, work on the development of new products, and create the required documentation. In case of technical complaints about our products, you investigate them.
• Production: You operate and monitor our plants that manufacture our ecological wood fiber insulation materials. As an electrician (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d), you assemble, maintain, and repair these systems, enabling production according to plan.
• Logistics: You ensure that our innovative insulation materials and systems are stored and loaded properly and reach the customer in perfect condition.
