Absence and Leave Case Management Supervisor

Role: Supervisor of Absence and Leave Case Management responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team of 3-9 members, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Provide orientation, training, mentoring, and supervision; manage performance reviews, hiring, and staffing decisions; develop and monitor budgets; track injury trends, costs, and outcomes; ensure adherence to OSHA and BWC regulations; collaborate with HR and Employee Health; implement safety initiatives; and maintain HIPAA compliance. May carry a small caseload as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in healthcare; 3-4 years of healthcare experience; strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; knowledge of regulatory compliance, financial analysis, and case management processes.
