About the role
Oversee daily operations, lead a team of 3–9 members, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide orientation, training, mentoring, and supervision to team members
- Manage performance reviews, hiring, and staffing decisions
- Develop and monitor budgets
- Track injury trends, costs, and outcomes
- Ensure adherence to OSHA and BWC regulations
- Collaborate with HR and Employee Health
- Implement safety initiatives
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
- Carry a small caseload as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare
- 3–4 years of healthcare experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, financial analysis, and case management processes
