About the Opportunity

Minara Legal is seeking to collaborate with a Corporate Attorney on a mandate or project basis. This is not a conventional full-time position, but an opportunity to work on specific deals and mandates, particularly in the media and entertainment sector.

Eligibility

• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong experience in corporate and transactional matters, including:
  • Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA)
  • Investment Agreements
  • Debenture and security documents
  • MoA / AoA
• Interest in gaining exposure to media and entertainment transactions
• Ability to work in a lean, high-responsibility setup
