About the role
You'll be the architect of how our biggest deals get won — building the ABM strategy, and the AI-powered systems behind it, that turn Strategic AEs' target accounts into signed customers. This role is for marketers who want to see their work move specific, named deals.
Responsibilities
- Own the ABM strategy end-to-end: Architect scoring, messaging, channel mix, Sales handoff, and the metrics that define success, and partner directly with Strategic AEs on 1:1 account plans.
- Build 1:1 and 1:few high-touch programs: Design and run bespoke account programs for a focused set of the most strategic accounts — custom research, messaging, and executive touchpoints built around each account's specific buying committee — using AI tools to move faster on research and content without losing the high-touch, hand-built feel these accounts need.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns: Run integrated ABM campaigns across outbound email, direct mail, and digital, tailored to key personas and funnel stage, and build repeatable plays for PE-backed roll-ups and enterprise prospects.
- Own the infrastructure and the numbers: Own ABM tooling and supporting infrastructure, and track account pacing, pipeline contribution, and activation rates by segment.
- Test and learn: Run structured A/B tests, build a learning agenda, and translate results into strategic decisions.
- Support the broader strategic motion: Support customer marketing initiatives and executive events for strategic accounts.
- Align cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align on account targeting, campaign strategy, and pipeline metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years in an ABM-specific role, with a track record of running multi-channel campaigns that drove measurable pipeline.
- Experience running 1:1 programs against enterprise or PE-backed accounts.
- NYC-based and excited about in-office collaboration in a high-intensity environment.
- Willing to travel for customer and prospect onsite visits at least once a month.
