Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of direct care staff, including Home Health Aides, Personal Care Assistants, and Direct Support Professionals.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of care provided, adhering to policies and best practices.
• Facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Work closely with clients and families to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Oversee scheduling, staff evaluations, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Social Work, etc.).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within healthcare or disability support services.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• At least 18 years of age.
