ABI Residential Counselor - Fisher Road

About the role

Open Sky Community Services is dedicated to helping individuals with acquired brain injury and physical or developmental disabilities achieve independence and live fulfilling lives. We provide individualized services to help participants live in their own apartments, including finding accessible housing, coordinating healthcare, and supervising personal care attendants (PCAs).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Aid individuals in accessing and providing transportation as needed.
• Review and complete all required documentation.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals through the implementation of procedures.
• Act as a strong advocate for individuals served and promote community integration.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Pay

Open Sky offers competitive compensation and an additional hourly differential for certain programs based on skills, location, training, and population served.

Schedule

Hours may vary depending on the program and location, but typically range from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
