ABI Companion/DSP/Caregiver

About the role

Help people live more independently. Full-Time, Per Diem. Immediate openings for 3rd shift (11 pm to 8 am).

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks.
• Support personal care and daily living activities.
• Encourage community participation and social engagement.
• Help individuals build confidence and independence.
• Assist with budgeting and financial management.
• Maintain documentation and follow individualized care plans.
• Become someone your client can count on every day.

Training and support

No healthcare experience required. We provide:

• Paid orientation and training.
• ABI Certification.
• Person-Centered Training.
• Ongoing coaching and support.
• One-on-one guidance from experienced Program and Operations Managers.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Clean driving record (3+ years).
• Willingness to travel within your assigned service area.
• Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude.
