This position is eligible to be remote, hybrid, or onsite. The Department of Radiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a talented, team-oriented Abdominal Imaging Radiologist to join our expanding division. Our division serves the mission to improve the health and well-being of North Carolinians at our UNC Hospitals complex, including a level 1 trauma center, a women’s hospital, a pediatric hospital, a neurosciences hospital, and the NCI designated Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Responsibilities
- Interpret high-quality CT, MRI, ultrasound, radiographs, and fluoroscopy studies
- Help lead a high-functioning team focused on patient-centered care
- Teach and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students
- Participate in research and scholarly activities in abdominal imaging
- Support institutional quality improvement efforts
- Engage in collaborative protocols, consults, and conferences
Requirements
- MD or DO required
- Board-certified/board-eligible Radiologist with Fellowship Training in Abdominal Radiology or Body Imaging
