Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
- Implement plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress
- Collaborate with families and team members to support client success
- Participate in training and supervision sessions
Requirements
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience in ABA therapy preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow BCBA plans and adapt as needed
- Dedicated to evidence-based practices and client outcomes
