About the role

One Step Forward is hiring full time and part time ABA Therapists to join our growing center based team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct one on one ABA therapy in our center
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBAs
  • Teach communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills
  • Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs using evidence-based ABA strategies
  • Collect session data and complete electronic session documentation
  • Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and fellow therapists to support each child's progress

Requirements

  • Experience working with children preferred
  • ABA, RBT, Behavior Technician, special education, childcare, psychology, behavioral health, or related experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Dependable, professional, and eager to learn
  • Passion for helping children with autism reach meaningful goals

Qualifications

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Behavior Technician
  • College students or graduates in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or Child Development
  • Individuals looking for a structured center based environment with consistent support and opportunities for career growth
