About the role
Provide compassionate care to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to support social skills, communication, and behavior.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to enhance outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and report progress to clients and supervising therapists.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and its management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
