Responsibilities
- Conduct ABA Therapy sessions with children with Autism, implementing customized treatment plans to meet their unique needs and goals
- Collaborate with clients' families to provide Parent Training, ensuring whole-family involvement in the therapy process
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and internal teams to ensure seamless care
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to share progress, concerns, and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes
