Behavior technicians are responsible for; Providing direct 1:1 services by implementing the principles of Applied Behavior AnalysisImplementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, as written by the BCBACollecting and graphing data using an online data collection system [CentralReach]Completing the necessary requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician, within 90 days of active employment.Participating and completing the recommended training opportunities, both in-person and virtually with our Training Coordinator [compensated at a training rate]Using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
