Golden Care Therapy is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home-based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA). Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapists/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. About the role
Join us for a chance to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive team as an ABA Therapist. Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) all across Queens. Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients' treatment plan. Collect and submit data on an electronic data system. Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.
Responsibilities

Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Job Type: Part Time with possibility for Full Time

Preferred Experience
