Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings
• Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies
• Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• Preferred: Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, ABA or behavioral health experience, Experience using CentralReach

Pay

• $23–$28/hour based on experience
• $500 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days
