Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings
- Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect accurate session data and document client progress
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers
- Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies
- Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices
- Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (must already be certified)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working with diverse ages and behaviors
- Able to pass a background and reference check
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
- ABA or behavioral health experience
- Experience using CentralReach (preferred but not required)
Physical Requirements
- Sitting, kneeling, bending, squatting, and moving throughout sessions
- Lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds
- Safely implementing behavior intervention strategies when needed
- Working in home and community environments with varying activity levels
