ABA REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS - PRAIRIEVILLE

About the role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorders. We are seeking experienced Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one support and implement evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized behavioral support to clients according to treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and report to supervisors
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop and implement behavior plans
• Document observations and interventions in client files
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a drug screening test
• Pass an employment verification check
