About the role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting individuals with autism through evidence-based interventions. We are seeking experienced Behavior Technicians to join our Covington office.

Responsibilities

• Implementing individualized behavior plans based on data-driven decision making
• Providing positive reinforcement and other behavioral interventions
• Collecting and analyzing data to inform treatment planning
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to families and supervising staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with autism or similar disabilities
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• First aid certification
• Pass a background check

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
