About the role
ABA Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) needed to provide behavioral support services in a residential setting.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior plans as outlined in individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and record client progress
- Provide positive reinforcement and other interventions as directed
- Document all interactions and observations in client files
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and plan next steps
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Current ABA certification or willingness to obtain within one year
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Passing score on a background check
Skills
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
