About the role
ABA Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) needed to provide behavioral support services in a therapeutic setting.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior plans as outlined in individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and record client progress
- Provide positive reinforcement and other interventions as directed
- Collaborate with therapists and parents to ensure consistent implementation of strategies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current ABA certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders preferred
