ABA Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team and provide in-home ABA therapy.

What You'll Do

- Provide individualized ABA therapy in a client's home under the supervision of a BCBA. - Implement treatment plans to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors. - Track data and report progress to support continuous improvement. - Collaborate with families and team members to foster growth and positive outcomes.

What We're Looking For

- Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain). - Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently in the home setting.
