About the role
ABA Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) needed to provide behavioral support services in a therapeutic setting.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Monitor client progress and report to supervisors
- Document daily activities and observations
- Collaborate with therapists and families
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current ABA certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
