About the role
ABA Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) needed to provide behavioral support in a therapeutic setting.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior plans as outlined by therapists
- Monitor client progress and report to supervisors
- Provide positive reinforcement and redirection techniques
- Document observations and interventions accurately
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
