About the role
Provide behavioral support services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans based on assessments and observations.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions.
- Train and supervise assistants in delivering quality behavioral support services.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Document progress and communicate with supervisors and clients regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Current ABA certification or willingness to obtain within one year of employment.
- Passing score on the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) exam or equivalent.
- Experience with data collection and analysis tools.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
