About the role
ABA Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) needed to provide behavioral support services in a therapeutic setting.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior plans as outlined in individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and record client progress
- Collaborate with therapists and families to develop and implement behavior interventions
- Assist in creating and maintaining a safe and positive environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Current ABA certification or willingness to obtain within one year
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
