About the role
ABA Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) needed to provide behavioral support services in a school setting.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior plans as outlined in individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Monitor students' behaviors and document observations
- Provide positive reinforcement and corrective feedback as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement behavior intervention strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current ABA certification or willingness to obtain within one year
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with special needs
Skills
- Excellent observational and assessment skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Pay
