Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
- Cohesion with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Maintenance of high performance standards and compliance with company policies and state regulations.
- Scheduling, approval of time off, and support of staffing needs as required.
- Completion of required documentation including E Sign, post-hire documents, and compliance forms accurately and on time.
- Mentorship and support of the professional development of supervisees.
- Upholding ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
