As Office Manager, you’ll support families from start to finish by elevating their admissions experience, empowering our Behavior Technicians (BTs) through training and support, and keeping the clinic running with precision and heart. Your leadership shapes culture, care quality, and the day-to-day rhythm that makes incredible clinical outcomes possible.
What You’ll Do
- Clock in 1:1 with clients when needed to keep care consistent and high-quality
- Jump in 1:1 with clients when needed to keep care consistent and high-quality
- Drive adherence to Aluma Care policies and ensure an excellent client and team experience across the clinic
- Own clinic appearance and property needs so the space reflects the standard of care we deliver
- Oversee the clinic budget and operational efficiency
- Collaborate closely with the Clinic Director and report to the COO

- Talent for orchestrating complex schedules and adapting on the fly to keep sessions on track
- Experience leading, training, or coordinating a team
- Comfort stepping into direct care when needed (and enthusiasm for pursuing RBT certification if not already held)
- Behavioral support experience and/or RBT Certification is a plus!
- Pride in facility standards—because the space sets the tone for care
- A steady hand for budgets, compliance, and operational follow-through
Schedule & location
Full-time, on-site at our Wichita, KS clinic.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience)
