What You'll Do
- Work collaboratively with our QA team to oversee all clinical programming, treatment plans, BIPs, progress monitoring across your designated clinic/region
- Supervise a dynamic team of BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff
- Lead case reviews, deliver performance evaluations, mentor clinicians
- Drive growth, partner with intake, build community relationships
- Tapering billable caseload that decreases as the clinic/region grows
What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA credential in good standing
- Current Georgia LBA
- 5+ years of clinic ABA experience with a pediatric population
- 2+ years in supervisory or clinical leadership roles
- Extensive experience with FBAs, BIP development, treatment planning
- Familiarity with CentralReach
- Working knowledge of Medicaid and commercial insurance
Pay & Benefits
- $100-110k per year plus bonus opportunities
