ABA Clinic Director
About the role
The Clinical Director (BCBA) leads, develops, and expands ABA programs in the Silver Spring, MD region. The role requires an ACTIVE BCBA certification or license eligibility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ABA service delivery across clinic and home-based programs
Oversee intake, assessments, treatment planning, and case management
Supervise, mentor, and manage performance of BCBAs, RBTs, and Student Analysts
Partner with leadership on strategic growth and service expansion
Support recruitment, hiring, and retention of clinical staff
Qualifications (Required)
Active BCBA certification (REQUIRED – must be current and in good standing)
Maryland LBA required or eligibility to obtain
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of ABA experience, including leadership/supervision
Strong experience with insurance-funded ABA services and regulatory compliance
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive performance, and maintain clinical quality
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $125,000 – $160,000 (based on experience)
