A Behavior Technician (BT) assists behavioral analysis teams in evaluating mental health patients and their conditions over time. This role involves implementing behavioral health plans developed by other mental health professionals to provide patients with effective care.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to behavioral health plans developed by mental health professionals to deliver beneficial care to patients.
• Interview patients at their home or healthcare facility.
• Draft reports to relay patient progress to senior mental health professionals.
