About the role
Behavior Technician responsible for providing one-to-one behavioral intervention services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral conditions.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavioral programs and assist with daily activities including communication, social skills, self-help, and crisis intervention.
- Support clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Collect and document behavior data aligned with the Behavior Support Plan.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience working with individuals with special needs preferred.
- At least one year of experience with challenging behaviors.
- CPI certification or RBT certification preferred.
