ABA Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Work with children ranging from 18 months to school age, using your expertise to provide personalized therapy.
• Develop and implement customized therapy plans with the support of our skilled team.
• Use advanced techniques in our play-based and naturalistic therapy environment.
• Help children succeed in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
• Contribute to each child's therapy program by meticulously documenting their progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs., able to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area.
• Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time.
• Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes.
• Full range of motion of hands and arms.
• Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time.
• Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support.
• Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
