ABA Behavior Technician

About the role

As a BT (Behavior Technician) with Imagination ABA Therapy, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs in one-on-one settings
• Collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress
• Participating in team meetings and collaborating with BCBAs, parents, and other professionals to develop and modify treatment plans
• Providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for clients and families

Requirements

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
