About the role

Join our team as a Caregiver in Stamford, Norwalk, Greenwich, and surrounding areas. Bring your current clients with you and refer eligible coworkers to earn up to $375 each.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Assist clients with daily activities including dressing, bathing, and meals
• Perform frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed
• Respect diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism

Requirements

• Availability to work day or evening shifts, weekdays and/or weekends
• Reliable transportation to and from client's location
• Fluent in English; bilingual preferred

Pay

Starting pay rate: $16.94 per hour
