Schedule/Start Times: Swings (Start time between 11am-4pm)
Starting Pay: $22.00/hr + Lucrative Shift Differentials & Monthly Bonuses

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Operating tow trucks safely and efficiently.
- Performing simple vehicle diagnostics to figure out the issue.
- Providing essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs.
- Building trust, problem-solving, and being a calming presence for our members on the scene.
- Clear and proficient verbal and written communication even under pressure
- Common knowledge of vehicle components and the common reasons for vehicle failure
- Demonstrates problem solving and listening skills to evaluate member safety as well as the ability to discern safety issues and respond appropriately
