About the role
OB hospitalist role at an inpatient hospital setting with approximately 8 births per shift (about 625 births per year). Low‑risk (NTSV) C‑section rate is 14.5%. Ongoing coverage needs throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- OB triage
- Deliveries
- C‑sections
- VBAC
- Circumcisions
- ER coverage – possible D&C, ectopic pregnancies, GYN and OB rounding
Schedule
24‑hour shifts available (7 am – 7 am); 12‑hour, 36‑hour and 48‑hour shifts also offered.
Pay
Pay is negotiated and deposited weekly.
