- 12‑hour day shifts (6:30 am – 6:30 pm)
- 7 days/week availability
- Average patient census of 8‑15 patients per day
- Open ICU setting
- Perform bronchoscopy, central line placement, and arterial line placement
- Provide permanent replacement coverage
